This is different to the mee rebus I remember. Or maybe it has been just too long since I had it. Either way, it was delicious, with loads of flavours. There is so many ingredients and all so fresh and well used, I savoured every spoonful, till the last morsel and drop. Just like the Ipoh hor fun, I’d go back in a hurry for more, just as soon as I stopped feeling so stuffed. Thank you as always, Jean.
