Madam Kwong’s Kitchen finally opens next week, July 12!

The menu is small but that is what we want. Let’s hope that it is everyone’s favorite. We will have weekend specials every week with Malaysian’s favourite hawker’s style food eg. Hokkien Mee, Assam Laksa, Mee Goreng, Mee Rebus…. etc.

Congratulation on you new business openning. I will drop in thec next time I am in Melbourne. I am after Nestum, you know the one in a round tin which is a very popular breakfast food. Can you tell me where I can buy some. Thank you.

We have so far cooked up Penang Hokkien Mee, Chai Kueh, Popiah and Assam Laksa. This weekend, we have Mee Rebus, Nasi Kunyit with Curry Chicken and Bubur Cha Cha.
