Vietnamese Rice Noodles

2008

Today, we went to our favorite Vietnamese Rice Noodles shop in Richmond.

*Phở is served as a bowl of white rice noodles in clear beef broth, with thin cuts of beef (steak, fatty flank, lean flank, brisket). Variations featuring tendon, tripe, meatballs, chicken leg, chicken breast, or other chicken organs (heart, liver, tongue, etc.) are also available.  (*wikpedia)

Beetshoots, Vietnamese basil or lemon can be added into the hot broth.

Combination Pho

Tendon & Sliced Beef Pho

Oh so satifying!  A great meal during winter.
