Ingredients:
200g plain flour
3/4 tsp bicarb soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
140 ml oil
100g caster sugar
1/4 tsp salt
100g walnuts (roasted and chopped)
2 eggs (beaten and sieved to brush the cookies)
Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly and lastly add in the oil. Roll up into tiny balls (10g each) and place them on a shallow tray, about 2 cm apart. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes. To test whether the cookies are ready, check the bottom of the cookies. It should be light brown color.
