Curry Prawns Recipe

This Curry Prawns dish is heavenly delicious, you’ll want to have it everyday.¬† Here’s the recipe after the jump.


Curry Prawns Recipe
15 Big Prawns
60 grams curry fish powder (mix with 3 Tsp of water to make into a paste)
30 grams ginger mince
30 grams garlic mince
1 tsp of Halba* mixture
1 big onion (sliced)
1 Tsp of tamarind juice (mix with 1 cup of water)
2 sprigs of curry leaves

Seasoning
3 tsp sugar
3 tsp salt or to taste

Method
Heat half cup of oil to saute the onions till slightly brown. Add curry leaves, curry paste and halba mix. Add in tamarind water. When the taramind starts to boil, add in prawns and seasoning. Leave the prawns to cook for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

*Halba Mix
1 tsp funegreek  (What is it? )
2 tsp cummin seeds
2 tsp fennel seeds
1 Tsp mustard seeds
