(Fresh Fish Skin)
Besides traveling to Thailand, we also flew to Hong Kong for a few nights. Not only we went there for shopping but the food in Hong Kong is to die for. Last year, our Hong Kong friends took us to this village. This time, we brought our Malaysian friends along (9 of us… crazy, right?). We took two taxis for the ten of us (including the same HK friend who took us the last time) from Kowloon. Four passengers cramped in the back seat (apparently it is fine to have 4 passengers in the back seat). The journey took approximately 30-45 minutes. Let me tell you, the food here is fantastic… fresh seafood, vegetables and if you ever travel to this part of the village, you got to try the fried quail. It is their specialty.
Let me entice you with these glorious photos:

Fried Quails
>
Porridge (the best I’ve ever taken)

Steamed Prawns

Bamboo Clams in black bean sauce

Snow Pea leaves

Sweet & Sour Pork
I am not quite sure how to get there myself… our Hong Kong friend took us here. Bless her~ Hope we didn’t give her too much headache with all our questions ^___^. If you need more information, email me.
